CFMartin was of the opinion, at least when they invented the dread, that their smaller bodied guitars had superior tonal balance. IMO, dreads are uncomfortable to play...and that's what it boils down...

Well, the Golden Gate Deeeeelux A-Mando case arrived from Elderly. The depth seems just right, but yeah, the smaller Martin body leaves a bit of a gap. I cut some closed cell foam from my paddling...
