Re: Split Lip Rayfield - Used To Call Me Baby

I'm not near an instrument right now so I can't comment on the chord progression for sure but I did see a mistake on the lyrics.

    Re: bourgeios guitar's

I had a Vintage D that was a great guitar in every way. Flat picked or finger picked it was very balanced and was a recording dream. My only problem was it was just so damn good looking I was always...

Re: Where to put an in case humidifier?

If you're worried about the specific gravity of a fluid a hydrometer is the way to go. If your worried about relative humidity a hygrometer is the measuring device you want to use.

Well the best BG version I've heard is on Andy Thorn's Bolin Creek CD. I downloaded it a couple of years ago and really like it. I couldn't find any videos of him doing it on youtube but you can...
  11. Re: "Athiests don't have no song" -Steve Martin and Steep Canyon

Yeah I've been doing the Hayes Carll song at jams for a couple of years now. For some reason people here in the bible belt don't seem to dig it but that hasn't stopped me yet. I've always liked Hayes...

  15. Re: headstock tuner ....leave on or take off during gig/jam

You are correct Willie. There are some tuners that have been reported to cause marks but certainly not all of them. I've got a friend that's had an Intellitouch on his guitar headstock continously...

Re: OBS The Irvin Rouse Story

He probably doubts it because it's been documented that Chubby's Florida trip was in 1939 and Ervin had already copyrighted the song in Nov. of 1938.
