Anyone used Jazzmando flatwounds on the Eastman DGM1? I am looking for the best match for this instrument so anyone who has tried out strings and came to conclusions, let me know how it went.

I just bought a used DGM1 and it is very nice. What strings have you found to be the best for this mandolin.

Check out this Lefty. Seller says"converted to left handed by an expert".:)) That "expert" was so good at making the conversion he forgot to move the pickguard....

It sounds very nice. I think it would benefit from a new set of strings and a bridge that has full contact across the top.
