My band is no longer speeding up, thanks mostly to great advice from Cafe members. But I'm looking for that thread and I can't find it. Anyone remember this one, or did I post it to another picking forum? I can't find any other picking forum on the web anyway.
I have a feeling you posted somewhere else. With only 21 posts as of today, it wasn't hard to search.

I found the forum I posted the discussion on, about my band (formerly!) speeding up. Y'all may find it interesting, as (1) you can see wonderful suggestions from the people on the forum; and (2) you can see the progress my band has made.
