Biography:
Born and raised in Philadelphia and a lifelong fan of the Phillies, Eagles, and cheese steaks. US Air Force and VaANG retiree (32 years total) and currently a USAF civilian employee at Joint Base Andrews, MD. My primary residence is on the Pamunkey Reservation with my wife Mimi but I live in Bowie, MD during the week. I am the Assistant Chief of the Pamunkey Indian Tribe. I started playing mandolin at age 50 to keep the brain cells active. In addition to being Pamunkey Indian I am also Irish and play Irish Traditional Music and similar "Celtic" music.

First off, I am not an experienced mandolinist, or musician of any type. When I took up the mandolin as my first instrument in 2009, I did a lot of Internet searching about all things mandolin.
