    Ronbo: Just read your message in the BM social group. Your mandolin looks like a monster, would like to hear it someday. I share September 13, birthday with Bill and love his music, history etc. I play a 1974 F-12 - bought new. Recently bought a nice mandolin from Ray Deerstones mandolin works made by Ray Weber. Weber works at his own pace - kind of a nut on quality. I love Gibsons but wanted a hand made instrument. Your Gilcrest is tops when it comes to the private mandolin makers. By the way did you knock head stock scroll off or is this a result of great night of pickin etc. Ed
