I've been playing around lately with a lot of the mandolin duets on John Goodin's wonderful Mandotopia web site. John has arranged a lot of baroque music by Bach and Telemann for mandolin, including duet arrangements of a collection of 50 short minuets published by Telemann in 1728. They can be downloaded as a free PDF here: Link I've recorded three of these duets (#30, #14 and #9) on my Baroq-ulele GDAE bowlback uke with accompaniment on my Embergher bowlback. These little minuets are a joy to play, and I think sound good in this configuration: Martin
Nice playing, Martin! Someday I'd like to play a few of the Goldberg Variations using multi-tracked mandolins.
Really lovely arrangements, Martin.
I enjoyed this a lot! Well played.
