My Blue-Eyed Jane (Jimmie Rodgers)

I've loved this Jimmie Rodgers song ever since I first heard it on an old Doc Watson album. It's a simple happy and bouncy tune and a joy to play on mandolin.

Recorded on my Ajr (double-tracked for some background tremolo and to fill out the sound), with a tenor guitar rhythm track and co-lead on the reso tenor in the choruses. Came together really quickly and with no retakes, and I think it works really well.

Played in D major, based on the transcription in the Digital Tradition.
