Here's a tune I've been working on entitled: Little Birdie. It is played as a string band. First time thru I recorded the lead vocals and the guitar backup, second time thru I recorded the harmony vocals and the mandolin and finally the 3rd time thru I recorded a 5 string claw hammer banjo. It was mixed in Cubase. I used a Bauer parlor guitar, a F2 Gibson mandolin and a Gold Tone 5 string banjo.
That was very pleasant to listen to and masterfully performed...
That is just awesome! The harmony is excellent, and I love that last verse I didn't know before. The mandolin fits so nicely with your new banjo. Hope the full string band makes regular appearances from now on.
Great job, Michael, sounding good.
That was great!
Coincidence...my 86 year old Mom was trying to sing this song to me when I visited her this past weekend. Wish she had internet so I could send this to her. Enjoyed this so much, Michael.
Awesome musicianship, Michael, and a pretty song.
That was great Michael, I really enjoyed that. You are getting really good at clawhammer, I am envious.
Wow, Michael, that was really great. I have never heard that song before, and I really enjoyed it.
