  Join Matt Flinner and guitarist Ross Martin for a night of bluegrass, new acoustic and jazz. 2/3 of the Matt Flinner Trio, these two premier new acoustic musicians will play tunes from their new CD, "Winter Harvest," as well as many tunes you're not going to hear in the trio format. Old "Music du Jour" tunes as well as traditional old time fiddle tunes will make for a unique and dazzling show.   The annual San Francisco Festival of the Mandolin will be held on the afternoon of Sunday April 29, 2012 at the Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga Ave. San Francisco, CA.
  
  Program is being finalized, but will include Tim Connell (Rio Con Brio choro), Phil Lawrence Band (jazz with David and Linda LaFlamme formerly of It's a Beautiful Day), Billy Packard (carrying on the tradition of Tony Flores), Aurora Mandolin Orchestra (classical), and the sneak-preview of a film about the Ger Mandolin Orchestra (recreation of a pre-war mandolin group in Poland, with Mike Marshall, Avi Avital, and other mandolin super-stars, who performed last year at Berkeley Jewish Music Festival and in Poland).
