    After NAMM we took a side trip to Bend and the Two Old Hippies Shop so that Bruce could check it out and plan for the move at the end of this month. We are all pretty psyched here (as they are in Bend), and it's going to be exciting ...

  4. Going to winter NAMM in Anaheim?

    Visit us in the Two Old Hippies Booth, #1800. Bruce, Cameron and I will be there and lots of instruments to play!
    I reminded Bruce how one year we and our friends, Froggy Bottom Guitars, decided to get booths next to each other with a sound room in between where players could hear the instruments (we seemed to always be next to drums). It would've worked except that the wood of the (rustic/homemade) room was out-gassing and no one could stand to be in it...best laid plans...

  7. World Premier of Weber Sopranolin

    Homestead Pickin' Parlor, in Minnesota, was very active at the latest CMSA (Classical Mandolin Society) Convention. We sent over the prototype Weber Sopranolin for everyone to try out and we've heard it was well received- anyone attend and have a chance to hear or play it?
