PRO 35AX Condenser Microphone

I am thinking about going with a condenser mike setup. I have tried several stick-on type with not too good sound results.
If I go with a condensed mike setup what else would I need to go with it, preamp,phantom power etc.

ps. I can't afford a DYN-M

why not just buy a good condenser that mounts on a mic stand?? you can get a better mic and better sound..and you can change your volume while playing...like less volume for rhythm , more for lead etc.

what you speak of is exactly what I'm looking for...do you have any specific suggestions?
