Anybody out there got any hot bluesy licks going from 1 5 1. I've got a few in my bag of tricks. I've been listening to Compton lately and all his syncopated blusy tricks make me want more.

Jack Tuttle's bluegrass mandolin book, volume 2, has two pages of tasty and bluesy 1 - 5 - 1 licks at the end. Tab and music both. Great versions of great tunes in the rest of the book, too. www.jacktuttle.com
