Jim: Thanks for sharing THAT! ; featuring two of the "masters" and indeed Founding Fathers of the genre known as Bluegrass Music! (IMHO)- the late-great Don Reno and "fiddlin' Chubby Wise. I've often told many of the "newer" banjo pickers - AND.., the "older' "traditional"/hardcore pickers will agree, that Earl had the "right" hand..., but Don Reno had the "left"!! (i.e. the banjo neck)- he knew -and played - chord inversions, augmented.., diminished.., and all those "licks" that many banjo players have spent MANY hours trying to "cop" - RIP Don Reno AND Chubby Wise. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mandosmiley.gif http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sleepy.gif http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/coffee.gif
