DGQ Rattlesnake

I am learning this tune for our group to tackle and I need to chart the chords for them. #I have most of it down but sure could use some help with a few of those passing chords. #I am too busy with the melody, quite frankly.

And also, can anyone tell me what the time signature shift is in the A part of this tune? #I can hear it and play it, but would better understand it.

i think rattlesnake was a leftover tune from the first dgq album. tony was going to name his first record rattlesnake.

here are the chords i came up with: fill in your own rhythms, i dont think the timing changes ( i havent played it in years) but some chords occur in the middle of the bar, which makes the timing *sound* different.
1st theme:
Gm //// //// D7 //// Gm // F //// Eb //// F / / Gm D7 Gm....again
2nd theme:
Cm //// //// Eb7 //// D7 ////....... back to Gm theme

i should add this is my shorthand for the changes, these are all the chord progressions you will find in the song, i have not got the exact # measures as may be on the record.....too long ago.
