Does anyone know how to contact Grover or obtain a gold bushing which was missing from a set of their new, non-Gibson issue, mandolin tuners? The pack was sealed so I can't fault the seller and it's not likely they're sold or stocked as a separate item. Seems easiest to contact customer service at Grover directly and seek a replacement. But how?

John,

You can contact them at : info@grotro.com

I bought a set of tuners from a retail store online, and the pack was two screws short. They must make counting errors from time to time. I emailed them and quickly got a response and some replacements.

Many thanks! I also contacted the seller - Mailbox Music - to ask the same question and received an immediate reply from Todd with an apology (!) that they had failed to count the pieces inside the sealed container! Not only did he have the part in stock but has promised to mail one out immediately. What wonderful service - not to mention great prices and fast shipment.
