I just wanted to share publicly some kudos to Peter Mix and Co. in Cambridge. I've loved my A Natural for nearly a couple years now, and have put on some incremental upgrades. It was finally time for me to see about putting in a pick-up, and I contacted Rigel. Peter assured me that they have done a number of retrofits for the A Natural, and that it would be an easy and quick job. My mando was shipped UPS on Thursday before New Year's so it'd be back to me before I leave on a retreat on 1/9. It was supposed to arrive no later than Monday. It finally made it in on Wednesday. Peter knew my mando was late and that I was concerned for a return deadline. Rigel turned the job around in an afternoon; it shipped back out on Wednesday and arrived home Friday. I plugged it in to my son's little Crate amp sans even a preamp, and man, does it sound amazing!
My bottom line is that I want folks to know how good Rigel was to me. They took a great product and made it even better with outstanding customer service. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough!
