hi, apologies if this topic is common but my searches have turned up little.

i just went to trade in an old Ultrasound Acoustic amp that I never use, and found a great looking mandolin that plays nice. the guy gave me an even trade, so all good. now i'm trying to learn to play it and have got the chords down. I'm interested in finding any type of books or sites that concentrate on the standard Italian Folk songs. Kind of like what you'd hear on this CD: http://www.amazon.com/exec....=glance (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000001V6S/002-8188433-6032818?v=glance)

scroll down for clips

any direction to websites, tabsites, booksites would be greatly appreciatted... help a brutha out

T Pender's "Italian Mandolin". I got it through plucked strings but I'm not sure they are open again yet. Someone else might have it. Standard and Tab and guitar music. John
