Looked at the wear pattern beveling on the edges of the pic-photo ..

A couple minutes with the fingernail file, or sandpaper, on a golden gate doggie, I already had, and presto! a worn in pick, and it does feel different in a good way. perhaps the material is harder, the preview of the shape change will give a preview then, and you can call Elderly thereafter.

Sandpaper works quick on picks... I never heard of distressed picks afore.

I had a Clayton Ultem that had the right thickness for me, at that time anyhow, but the wrong shape. Laid a D207 over it, traced a thin sharpie arounded it and sanded it down to a useable shape. Then bevel the edges.

The milk-protein based plastic seems to be appearing in several items in faux tortoise shell substituition. J Pearse guitar-bridge pins and these 'Tortis'picks, finally a way to use Monsanto BGH mutatant milk, better than drink the stuff ..
