I just added my new Collings Mandolin to my all risk policy, and so far been pleased with their fast friendly service but..............I have never filed a claim, anyone here have an opinion, what I hear is their reputation is stellar.

I filed 2 claims with Heritage and both were settled quickly with no problems.

I've filed one simple claim for shipping damage, handled with ease. I know of another luthier that lost multiple instruments in a plane crash coming back from a festival. Fortunately he we not on the plane, but the pilots were, very sad all around. In any case, all instruments were covered w/o complaint AFAIK.

We recomend them to our customers and we use them for the instruments in the shop. They are fine folks to deal with.
