Has anybody else noticed the number of Gibson Steffy's models that have become available in the last few days?
MandoMutt has one,
Mando Dan has one, and
there is another one For Sale here on the Cafe.
Coincidence?

There's only 2 available. Mandodan and Mandomutt both listed in the classifieds and on their websites.

I have noticed how often I see something I haven't seen for a while in the classifieds and then suddenly more turn up. I put it down to evil forces at work. :(

It's a communist conspiracy!
Actually, the one at Mutt's is mine. It's an excellent instrument. I am kind of kicking myself for selling it, but I'm gonna play the new Duff and can't see letting it sit in the case. It's toooo gooood for that.
Mr. f5loar is correct: There's no collusion involved. From watching the classifieds these things do seem to really go in fits and starts. There will be no Gils, suddenly there will be some. Kimballs, oval Collings, etc. Weird waves of similar things coming and going.
I can't believe I didn't buy the Sobell advertised recently. There's never a run of *those* for sale!

Mike Congrats on the new Duff! While I haven't personally played a Duff, I read many great comments about them here on the Cafe. I'm sure it was a tough decision to let go of the Steffy.
