I was wondering if anyone out there knew where I could purchase a nice framed Bill Monroe picture of him playing....the bigger the picture the better. Thanks.

There is a photographer in Nashville that has posters prints of his work One is (I think) the Bill hugging his mandolin shot. (google search)
The nicest things and very desireable from a collector standpoint are the pencil art drawings that Butch Robins sells. Check out his website www.butchrobins.com. looks like he sells the Gibson poster too

Phil Zimmerman in connecticut also has a great series of vintage Monroe photographs he took that he markets on his website, Bluegrasstime (http://bluegrasstime.com).
That is where you should look if you want to see the classic Monroe look!!
Phil is a pretty good mandolin player also!!

I have that Zimmerman print of Mr. Monroe in '76 right here in my home office. It is a GREAT photo!
