Where's Co-Mando?

I use to type in www.co-mando.com and go straight to the tabledit files. Now when I type it in it sends me to pMachine hosting site. Says minimun charge is $9.95 per month. Are we no longer able to access the co-mando site free and are there any other options besides joining pMachine?
