Mi-Si mandolin pickup?

Hey, I'm looking at mandolin pickups and I was wondering if any of you have had any experiences with the Mi-Si Acoustic Trio Mandolin System (http://elderly.com/new_instruments/items/MSAT3.htm)? I've read a review of the Uke version and if the mandolin version is as good, this is a killer pickup.

I know nothing about the Mi-Si, but I have tried a K&K twin with the carpenter jack. I found an external mount gets in the way, too easy to brush the jack or cord with my arm or sleeve, and that noise gets picked up and amplified. Since then it's been all internals for me. I recommend you ask around on the equipment forum. Click on "advanced search" in the upper right, just above the V-picks ad. Type in pickup and you'll need to block out a few days to review all the threads on the subject. Also, although $158 isn't too bad, I've got good sound at far less on some internal mounts I've done.
