Ditto on 7.0. I had been seeing them, but I haven't lately. I'm still seeing the weird rendering problem where the last word of the first line of a post is repeated, but I just ignore ignore that one now.

It has nothing to do with browsers, emoticons or versions, folks. Save yourselves the trouble. The last word issue is a documented browser issue. Has nothing to do with this forum, has everything to do with your browser.
The first two posts were the software developers posing as me. Now if they'd only take the keys away from me, I'd be really happy!
