Hello all - I recently heard about an octave mandola (mandolin) made by Doug Gibson from Ireland. Does anyone know about Doug and his instruments? Thanks in advance for any comments.

I haven't heard of them, but I think that guy just might make a name for himself!

Well, I did see that he plays in sessions at the Feakle Festival with some very high caliber musicians...but I can't see anything about his instruments besides the one that sold at Elderly about 5 years ago.
