Hello, Not sure if this is allowed but sure I will be informed if it is not. I'm seeking to contact a Boston area bouzouki player named Steve Levy. I believe he has played with a group called the Blue Parrot Trio and others in that area. Hoping he might be a member of the cafe or known to someone.
Thank you, Steven Antonelli

Ellen Schmidt's (http://www.ellenschmidt.com/) apparently booked Blue Parrot into the Emerson Umbrella; she's got a million-name Rolodex of Boston musicians. Might be worth a call/e-mail.

I once was lost, but now I'm found. Thanks for trying to help reconnect two old friends.

Personally, I'd suggest you contact John McGann at the Berkelee School of Music in Boston. I would suspect he knows virtually everyone in the area who's good. Or you might put a sign up at the Music Emporium and other local shops/venues asking Levy to contact you.

Steve, just sent you an email. To avoid seeming to use the forum as a personal bulletin board, if anyone's looking for cheap thrills in the Cape Ann area of Mass, my new little group will be at the Pleasant St Tea Company in Gloucester Friday night from 7-9 playing Irish/ Scottish tunes and songs.

Warning: There will be banjos.
