Not so much needing info, but a friend of mine is doing some research on this maker in Indianapolis and was looking for quality high resolution photos or owners who would be willing to take photos. Please post here if you own a mandolin or other instruments by this maker. I can put you in touch with my friend.

For your interest... here are some photos of an ornate mandolin -- not mine, sad to say.

BTW this era of Regal's most famous endorser was Samuel Siegel of Iowa.

Jim, I have one, a 1900-1903 Regal. Plain, but a good quality mandolin, IMO.

I have an early Wulschner Regal parlor guitar that is nearly to the top of the "need to restore list".

I might add that in my research, I believe, Indiana Regals were built from 1885 until 1905. Wulschner sold out/died out, maybe, and by 1906 they moved operations to Chicago.
