I got a chance yesterday to see, hear and chat with the Williams and Clark Expedition. Great music, very nice folks . Bobby let me check out his Trigg mando. satin finish, no finish on the back of the neck, nice action, and a really woody tone. It did'nt sound nearly as good when i played it as it did when he did. really great player. if you have'nt seen em you need to . Don

The band is very hip, and Bobby is tops. That Triggs just rocks, and he finesses it to the max, don't cha know. The action is indeed low, low, low and the sound just pops out of it. As testament to its sound, he hardly ever takes his '29 out anymore (actually a shame, 'cause that mando absolutely is a monster).
