Are ony of your familiar with Czech builders Furch and Pavlu? I was poking around http://www.theacousticmusicco.co.uk and was intruged by their pricing, which seems quite low compared to some of the more well established Czech builders; I was also smitten a bit by the Furch two-point A-style (although the headstock is a bit funky). Has anyone out there played any of these builders' offerings?

Thanks Martin! There is some great info in that thread. (Ouch - the one time I don't do a search on a topic before posting a question...)

Well since we're here. I'm going to be in Prague this weekend. Are any of the builders in the city?
Pavel Sucek is in or near Pilsen.

OK guys, Thanks. I can hit Pilsen on the way back to Munich since I'm driving. It's a good place to lunch anyway.

If you are heading that way before or after Prague, Pavlu's shop is located in Božejov, about 60 or 70 miles southeast of Prague off of the highway heading towards Brno.
