I have just acquired a Skip Kelley A5 - the workmanship is incredible and the sound, well you will have a chance to hear that yourself. I posted a devotional recording using the mandolin (I recorded it in a little chapel at my church) called Wesley Chapel (http://www.chocteemusic.com/devotions). It was recorded straight from my yamaha pocketrak and has no added effects or coloring. I am offering it as a free download so you can compare it to other mandolins more readily. Hope you enjoy it,
