I entered a few posts a while back, looking for some guidance on a new mandolin for my Dad's birthday. Some kind person mentioned the vast mandolin shop in Brighton so Dad was packed off there earlier this week and returned with a shiny new Michael Kelly Legacy Solid (also recommended to me by someone here). He's delighted with it and I'd just like to thank the folk who took the time to respond to me as it really helped.
