So I thought it looked like a mobile, but my wife thought it was a new wind chime.

I decided to take two of the mandolins home to work on them. I'm using a shellac finish. The tung oil was taking too long to dry. The snake head mando is one of the first prototypes that I'm just getting around to finishing. The other is one of the new ones. No truss rod in the neck on the new ones.
