Hello,

For those of you who are reading this that haven't heard, I was admitted into the Kansas University Medical Center in Mid-July with a severe case of #Strep C Bacteria. #After several surgeries and a few near death instances I managed to start getting better and was released from the hospital after five weeks (4 1/2 in ICU).

I've been home about a month now and seem to be getting better everyday. #There are still a few things that were a part of my everyday life that I can't do yet but my doctors are expecting a full recovery as I am improving faster than they had predicted.

I'd like to thank everyone who has kept me in their hearts, thoughts, and prayers throughout this whole experience that I've been going through. #I owe my life and well being to all of you, and although I could never repay you, I figured this was the least I could do to show my gratuity.

An extra special thanks to Scott Tichenor and Rich McConnell for sharing the news and giving updates (whether bad or good) to so many people via phone, email, or this website. #Once again, thank you all. #If you ever need anything please let me know. #

# # # # # # # # # # # # # # # Sincerely, #Ryan Triggs

I can personally attest to Ryan's improving health as I had lunch with he and Jim today and he out-ate me. You were right, Ryan. That BBQ was just the recipe for a successful power nap this afternoon. Always good to see you and Jim and so glad to have you back with us and recovering. See you for lunch again soon I hope.
