When I removed the truss rod cover of my MS-130 to adjust the relief, I saw a truss rod end unlike any I have seen before. I am hopeful that someone can tell me whether it is adjustable, and if so, what tool to use:
The exposed end of the rod is cylindrical. Its O.D. touches the sides of the pocket. The end has a concentric smoth bore about 6mm dia. x 8mm deep. At the bottom of the bore, a slot is visible. The slot is about 1mm x 3mm. The slot seems like a feeble adjustment means because its location at the center does not give any mechanical advantage, so I did not try to turn it.
Thanks,
John
