Thanks That is the cd only. The book is out of print. Amazon has the used books for $999 and $998 which is just a bit more than I think it is worth.

The $3.99 shipping on top of the $998.00-$999.00 would be a deal breaker for me.

$9.14 that's 9 dollars and 14 cents, found on amazon....Comments: Media is in perfect condition. Case and booklet are intact and may show signs of wear. The copy may include "From the library of" labels.around. #

I have it.
I have it, too. Those first two records he did are my Chris Thile faves. Great playing, memorable tunes, players I dig and good format with the standard bg instruments.
