hi boys and girls ----------I am in need of tabs for my ten year old grandaughter-------I just bought her a mandolin and she is doing very well--------but just to keep her interested I would like to find some kid or pop tabs--------I've been all over the net with little success------if anyone knows of a site or book(s) pleast let us know---------------Thanks Fred and Britney

If you want mandolin tabs for current "pop" songs, you are probably out of luck. Co-mando has the best collection of mando tabs on the web at

but those are mostly pop songs from her parents' youth.

Another thing is to introduce her to the music of Nickel Creek; you can definitely get song books for those, and they even have gotten some airplay on MTV.
