Does any one know a good way to make an adjustable strap for a left handed player using a f-style mandolin...or a place to buy one..

Are you talking about using a right-handed F-style upside down? If you have a left-handed F with the scroll on top, an ordinary strap would work.
If the scroll is on the bottom, I would suggest attaching the strap at the headstock, or underneath the fingerboard extension at the body, like some do with A-5 style mandos.
