I see a lot mentioned about Tabledit. #Can someone tell me more about it? #Are there a lot of tunes on it? #Is it easy to use? #Is it worth the money? #Thanks #Clamdigger

Claimdigger (are you in the mining business?),
At the web page www.mandozine.com there is a link to tabedit files (or something like that). You can search for hundreds of mandolin tunes in different genre and get an idea of what is available. You can also find a link to "tabedit viewer", which is a program that allows you to view, play and print tabedit files. You may want to start with this as it is a useful utility (not all of the function of tabedit) that allows you to see how the tabedit files look and the way the playback feature works. I guess if you want to get into some of the more specialized features of tabedit you would want to pay the nominal fee for the full program.
There is also a link for a tabedit demo, which I downloaded, but didn't have the use for. Not wanting to use all of the features of tabedit, if you work from the demo, everytime you print a tabdedit file, the printout has "demo version" in the middle of the staff, and conceals a part of the tab.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Fatt-dad: I will give it a try. I dig clams from the ocean to help pay for my mandolins. Clamdigger
