Top names in mandolin with new CD's due soon...

I heard Ricky Skaggs and KT are coming out with "Brand New Strings" on Sept. 28th. Hopefull this is a new cd, and not just a yearly tradition. You'd think they'd change strings more often than that.

I guess Thile is also coming out with Deceiver soon.

Anybody else? How 'bout Del McCoury and the boys?

There's been some talk of the new Skaggs CD on another board. They're complaining that there's electric guitar on the album. You know, same old traditionalist arguement. My thought is that maybe it's not MEANT to be a traditional CD. I'll reserve my judgement until I hear it. Might be good. Might not be...
