mandonewbie - It's near Burlington, in the Piedmont area

Lonesome River Band and Nothin' Fancy are playing Friday, and Alan Bibey and Blueridge are playing Saturday (there are, of course, others playing there but those are the ones I'd be most interested in seeing). Alan, I don't know if I'm going to be there or not--I may make some of Saturday but if I do it will be a spur of the moment decision.

Sounds interesting.

I live in Pittsboro. Got a recording session Friday and a gig Sunday afternoon.

Might be able to make it Saturday.

Alan Bibey ? Hmmm.

Len and Alan, now that I've ascertained the extent of my honeydo list for Saturday it looks as though I could be there late afternoon and well into the night.

Busstopeddy, it looks as though we've got opposite schedules--Len and I have a gig on Friday and I'm in the studio on Monday. I'll be the one playing a Rattlesnake mandolin with a gray Calton case and drinking either hard cider or beer (outside of the stage area of course!) http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
