Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself (hope I`m in the right forum) Love the site and I am looking forward to learning to play mandolin with help from other members. I have a washburn M.I S A style with f holes, I love it but as a complete beginner used to playing acoustic guitar I have no idea how good it really is, anyone got any comments, be of good cheer.
Welcome from another new member. I'm sure your Wasburn sounds great. I got a Kentucky to start with and enjoy listening to other mandolins at jams now that I kind of know what the sound is.
Tons of good info here. Be sure and go to the social groups and listen to some of the experienced members play. Great motivation.
