Was out in Mesa, AZ and wound up in Wickenburg at the Mandolin Store last friday. Dennis is the neatest guy. He took time to talk to us, and showed us some super mandos and cases he had in stock. I was very impressed with the store and the way I was treated as a customer. I will be doing some business with Dennis.

He's the best. Great guy, great service, great selection! That goes for Bryan, Kathy, and Zach too! (-:

First class operation all the way. I have not been to the store but feel like I know Dennis and Bryan personally.

And now, he carries Martin guitars............

I bought Weber Beartooth from Dennis. Great to work with, I had a issue with the case and he handled everything quickly and to my total satisfaction. I look forward to meeting Dennis one day and if he gets another of what I am looking for I will do business with him again-no question!

I've dealt and traded with Dennis...ect. Defiantly a good customer service operation. His correspondence and followup are unmatched in my experience. He got me into my first quality mando on a trade that was more than generous

For custom Weber builds, however, I have found a better alternative outfit to work with...MFG.
As far as the special editions go, Weber's new build feature on the STE lets you see what really goes into the building of mandolins. There are a few outfits I believe which can take those specs, come close, and provide a better price. Just my opinion though....

You will not find better customer service than at the mandolin store. I bought a MK deluxe for my first mandolin, I traded that in towards a Breedlove Quartz FF, and then I turned around and traded that in towards my current mandolin: A Collings MT, If you want expertise and great buying experience visit their website and you will not be disappointed

I only corresponded with them via Email, and they were very helpful. I did buy a mandolin from them and would certainly buy again, if and when the time comes.

I got my Weber SE from there. Good place to do business if you ask me.
