I have a Rigel A+ and love the wide, soft leather strap that came with it. A few months ago someone mentioned the name of the company who makes the strap for Rigel. I checked out their website as I want to order one for my new F.
I misplaced the company's name and web address.
Can anyone help me out?
Thanks,
PB

I think you're looking for Long Hollow Leather straps. (http://www.longhollowleather.com/catalog_dobro.htm)

While we are on this subject, where might I find a round braided leather strap for an "f"?
Thanks

A piece of rawhide from your local shoe store with hangman's nooses on both ends works well too..

Janet Davis sells braided leather straps. They are ok. But if you want one that will last a little longer and not stretch, check out the Kangaroo leather straps. You can get roo straps at a few places ... I got mine from Dexter, Carmel Music. It's a nice strap.
