Dave Cohen is a builder in Richmond, Virginia. His contact information is found under the eye candy section of this board. You may be able to email him for information on doing repairs. He is really a good guy and makes great mandolins.

Don Kawalek,known as Luthier on the message board, probably isn't too far away, in West Virginia.

Depends on what needs to be and IF he would do it but the best you will find in the NVA area is John Paganoni in Mansasas, VA near Alexandria. I'm not sure how much repair work he does but anyone who can build one from scracth as good as he does can do anything to a mandolin.
