I recently purchased an '01 Master Model in near mint condition which was owned/played by someone with acidic fingers. #The varnish on the neck and base side of the tailpiece had some pretty ugly problems. #I purchased a small bottle of Jubalee from David Harvey in hopes of solving the problem. #Even though David was very specific about his product and told me to expect results after a few applications, I was disappointed when the first application didn't do much to solve the problem. #After a few days and the third application(last night), I'm a firm believer in his formula. #Not only is all the unsightly(somewhat sticky)mess gone, the finish is rejuvenated--absolutely amazing. #I don't know whether this product works on non-varnish finishes, but it's something worth looking into. #By the way, the bottle I purchased was $25(2oz)which I thought was a little pricey. #Because it requires so little each use, I should have a many years' supply and is really quite a bargain. #Thanks David.

I have David's phone number and address at my office and will be happy to provide tomorrow am(unless someone does so in the meantime). #David is affiliated(somehow)with Joe Vest at Gibson and is a mandolin setup artist. #I was first "introduced" to David when he refretted and rejuvinated a Bush model for me a few months ago. #That mando left as a very good one and returned as an unbelieveable one. #I've only communicated with David by phone, but I very much recommend him and his product. #Will contact you tomorrow. #Regards.
