I ordered a Kangaroo Strap at the beginning of the August. #My Pay Pal receipt confirms they received the $$$ on 2AUG04.

I have no strap.
I have sent four emails and received no reply (all of the emails contain my address and phone numbers).

I can accept facts like: #“I am still making it, I am on vacation, my kids are sick, I am too busy” etc. #They have my money and I am looking for communication.

Has any one else had a problem?
Does anyone know them personally? #I can’t find a phone number for them.

Thanks,

Chris

To quote Bob Dylan..."It ain't me, babe".

Just so folks know, as I sometimes offer these straps for sale. Plus, I don't do PayPal.

I bought mine from AlanN and he was super fast and delivered a great strap. Who did you get yours from?

I have one of Terry's straps and it is very nice. #I think that you will receive your's shortly. #I also found him to be a little lacking on the communication side of the transaction. #So, I would suggest being patient, I don't think that you will get ripped off and that you will like the strap once you get it.

Best of luck

I have one of Terry's straps and love it. #I contacted him to order another and no response...its been at least a week.

Not sure what to make of this either, but maybe they are still out of town.

Nice strap...hope you get yours soon.

I have one too. Very satisfied and no complaints on the service. Kind of a bummer about your situation.

I inquired about his straps a few weeks ago and he said he was moving so maybe that's the reason for the delay in receiving your strap.

One month later & still:

NO strap

NO communication (numerous emails)

NO refund

I sent one final email and plan to seek recourse through PayPal tomorrow.

I purchased a strap from www.bluegrassboutique.com

For the record:
I filed a grievance through paypal. Subsequently, I spoke with Linda and my money was happily /apologetically /quickly refunded.
