Mandolin sighting in newspaper

this apparently happened a short while ago. The band The Decemberists were busted for busking in Royal Oak, MI. I've never heard their music, nor do I wish to debate civil ordinance enforcement methods, but apparently it includes a bit of mandolin (as seen in the accompanying pic).
