Fiddle Teacher in Washington D.C. or Lancaster PA?

Can anyone recommend a good bluegrass/old timefiddle teacher in the Washington D.C. or the the Lebanon/Hershey/lancaster, PA area?

I'd like to give my 70 year-old Dad a few lessons for his birthday (he's a classically trained violinist with good chops).

Andrea Hoag, I think, still teaches out of the House of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park, MD - her lessons are in Silver Spring, MD. She teaches a number of different styles and has taught a number of friends who have been satisfied with it.

Not sure he teaches, but Akira Otsuka is in that area. No contact info, but he shouldn't be too hard to find.

Bruce Molsky has also moved back to this area, but not sure if he gives lessons any more.
