Festival starts today in southern Ohio with a tribute to Tony Rice Saturday night. The lineup is killer with Blue Highway, Kenny and Amanda Smith, Steeldrivers, Rhonda Vincent, Vincent and Daley, Third Thyme Out, J.D. Crowe, etc. with T.R. closing with special guests Saturday night. This is gonna be good.
